LIVE MUSIC IS NEW TO THE LOUNGE!

Enjoy close up magic at your seats performed by our resident house and bar performers while listening to live music. Monday nights we feature a different jazz band each week, and Tuesday evenings highlight a different local vocal performer each week.

Jonathan Kamm

Jonathan Kamm has been a bar and restaurant entertainer for over 25 years. Best known for his 14 years as the magician at Walter Paytons Roundhouse in Aurora IL. He can currently be seen at 5 different restaurants weekly. Entertaining guests with his super skilled sleight of hand.

Ryan Plunkett

Ryan is a Chicago-based close-up magician who has been performing for the past two decades. Ryan is also a highly sought-after magic consultant, magic creator, and lecturer. Ryan has published two books on the art of magic, Some Assembly Required and A New Angle. Ryan is the Lead House Magician and Founding Ensemble Member of the Chicago Magic Lounge, and has also recently performed at The World Famous Magic Castle in Hollywood California.

Lee Benzaquin

Lee moved to Chicago in 2013 after studying Literature at Emerson College in Boston, MA. He has been performing close-up magic with the Chicago Magic Lounge since its very first performance. In addition to magic, Lee is a house improviser at CIC Theater, and the editor of The Hambook, a quarterly journal about improvisation.

James Nedrud

A musical child from Montana, James moved to The Windy City nearly 15 years ago to receive a BFA in musical theatre from The Chicago College of Performing Arts. Since then he’s been fortunate to work with theatres all across Chicago including Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Paramount Theatre, Drury Lane Oak Brook, American Theater Company and Porchlight Music Theatre to name a few. A proud member of Actors Equity, James earned a Jeff Award nomination (Best Supporting Actor in a Musical) for his role in “Under a Rainbow Flag” with Pride Films and Plays.
