Ticket purchases are non-refundable. If Ticket Holder (“Holder”) is unable to attend the performance, they must contact Chicago Magic Lounge at least 24 hours prior to the event so that we may exchange your tickets or issue a gift card for the amount of the ticket purchase. We do not offer gift card refunds or exchanges for past events. There is no fee to exchange tickets. Any changes to group sales tickets must be made two weeks in advance of the performance.
Holder agrees that Chicago Magic Lounge has the right to use Holder's image and voice in any live or recorded broadcast, photograph, video, audio, and/or other recording taken in connection with Holder's presence at the Chicago Magic Lounge or other transmission, distribution, public performance, or reproduction in whole or in part of the ticketed event, for all purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, without compensation.
Chicago Magic Lounge reserves the right, without refund of the purchase price, to revoke the license granted by this ticket and refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be improper or disorderly.
